“I have worked with the team from Bundilla Pest Control since September 2016. Since then, I have been able to contribute to meaningful change within the business. My ideas are heard, validated and, if applicable, placed into action becoming company policy or procedure.

My initial training was conducted with a senior technician who has over 20 years of practical experience in the field. In the pest control industry, it’s easy to obtain a license and be deemed qualified, but it’s hard to be competent. The team at Bundilla Pest Control was accommodating of any additional training or unusual questions I had. With a focus on training, development, and being heard, I have felt like part of the family from the first day.

As part of the team over the past six years, I am competent in almost all areas of the pest industry. With the varying nature of the work and changing locations, no two days are the same. I encourage any person considering a career within pest control to apply through Bundilla Pest Control and join the family!”
