Rhian wears many hats at Bundilla Pest Control, helping extend the business into the VET sector, leading biosecurity efforts for fire ant management, and serving as the team’s go-to WHS representative for occupational health and safety. With over eight years of ownership and management experience, Rhian has an impressive grasp of what it takes to run a successful pest control business in Queensland. Her dedication to improvement, from refining processes to enhancing customer health and safety, has made her invaluable to the Bundilla team—quite simply, they’d be lost without her!

Armed with a Master’s in Public Health, 20 years of experience in the health industry, and a background as a Registered Nurse, Rhian is uniquely qualified to prioritize the well-being of both customers and team members. She believes that great customer service goes beyond solving pest problems; it’s about ensuring customers feel valued and secure, knowing that Bundilla will always deliver safe, effective solutions. Rhian’s expertise and commitment allow her to delve into the often misunderstood world of pest management, so her clients don’t have to.
